The word “TREC” is the acronym of the french term "Technique de randonnée équestre en compétition" that in italian is translated "Tecniche di Ricognizione Equestre Competitive".
The TREC discipline was born in france more or less 30 years ago from the need to make agonistic some stages of equestrian tourism.
